I charged up my iPhone when it was "on the brink" of going into the red zone. Boosa fully charged it and I could have done the same at least a few more times. That's great compact power, and better performance and capacity than I expected.
My bag is lined like a camera bag, so I added a Velcro hook strip to the charger and now it rides in my bag so I always know where to find it.

Charged it used it once on travel, worked for about 15 minutes. Now doesn’t take a charge. Tried getting help on the website, useless. Zero I formation about actual issue, just a giant advertising page trying to push product that doesn’t work. Quite disappointed. Wish a pose would at least have an FAQ that was useful and stop trying to sell me trash while I’m trying to figure out how to fix the trash I already have.

Looks like it will be the best Power Bank I own, and certainly better than any of those acquired from Amazon. Very nice classy finish (I purchased the gray one), and it arrived within two work days with a pretty decent charge already in place. I was able to simultaneously fully charge two Samsung Galaxy tablets from about 40% and 50% respectively, and still had some charge left in the Boosa.
For those looking for a gift, the packaging on this particular 10000mAh Boosa is of a high enough quality that a card and mini stick-on ribbon would be all that's needed - wrapping paper or a gift bag would actually only detract from its appeal.
For travel, the Boosa fits nicely along with its short jumper cable in a belt loop case from an old retired cell phone.
If you have need of such a device, you probably can't do better than this one.

I am not usually one to recommend products, just because you never know whether you had a good experience, and someone else could have a bad one. I say that with a GIANT exception for these portable chargers. They last forever. Customer service is fantastic, and Boosa batteries are almost hard to break! I couldn't write enough good things especially with as many cheap options there are for portable chargers out there.

This is my third Boosa. When I travel to Japan it is very light to carry in your back pack. Once my MIFI battery is running low, I plug in the Boosa and I'm set for the rest of day/night. I also use it to charge my iphone on the go. Great product, you won't be disappointed. Chris always writes a handwritten message, which is pretty good considering he is the owner. Amazing Customer Service Experience!
Had the opportunity to chat with Chris (the owner of Boosa Tech). We were planning to go to Montana on a trip in 5 days time and needed two of these power banks for me and my wife. The problem is that we were in Hawaii and did not think they would come in time. I was willing to pay extra for expedited shipping and thus reached out to Boosa.
Chris to the rescue (very cool guy by the way and super helpful). He said he would deliver our package to the post office that afternoon and send it Priority free of charge! From a Thursday order, we received it in Hawaii on Saturday! As a small business owner, I really appreciated talking to the owner (maybe I got lucky) but he really cares about the customers and it is apparent through his interaction. Can't say enough about my experience and will be coming back for more. A L O H A!!!

I bought the Boosa Macro M1 Power Bank to charge my phone on the go at Dragon Con 2019. I knew it would be hard to find an open wall plug to juice up my phone, plus it would take a long time-time I didn't have-so a power bank was the way to go. The Boosa kept my phone fully charged while I went to panels, checked out the vendors, and took pictures of attendees in cosplay. I charged it up on a Wednesday before my flight Thursday and used it for the next three days to power my phone. For instance, during a 1 hour panel, my phone was at 40% power, and by the end of the panel, I was back up to 100%! Thanks for the reliable charging while I was on the go, Boosa! I now have two of these. I play Pokémon Go and Wizards Unite on my phone, which has me spending a lot of time at parks draining my phone battery. When I am on the go I keep my Bossa handy. Be it a night out, work, or traveling it is a great feeling knowing I will have all the juice I need. I use my Bossa to power my Kindle while I steam movies or TV and it keeps my iPhone going for photos, email, or whatever else I am up to.
A few years back I got a power bank that had a flashlight, a solar charging panel (built in for some reason) and some other stupid feature that I can't recall. It was a piece of junk - it did not hold a charge and the stupid power and level check button broke. You could just tell the maker was not not focused on making a good power bank.
Bossa is easy to use ... plug it in and you are good to go, no power button to press. Plus, it has tons of power on tap to charge up multiple devices. Rock solid product!
