When you purchased your Boosa portable phone charger, did we send you the wrong charging cable?
The answer is no. When you receive your new Boosa, you'll find a black USB Type C charging cable in the bottom of the box. Plug this cable into the middle port on top of Boosa, and the other side into your wall plug. That's how you charge your Boosa.
This cable is NOT to be used to charge your iPhone. It's used to charge the Boosa itself. If you want to charge your iPhone, you'll need to grab the Lightning charging cable that came with your phone. And if you're running short of such Lightning cables, we sell them!
(Technically, you can use the included black USB Type C cable to charge your newer Android device.)
