Charlie Backer, Chief Heat Officer of Hot Charlie’s, is an old Twitter friend who reached out to me. He noticed we were starting Boosa Tech, and kindly introduced us to his amazing new hot sauce company. At the time of this writing (late May 2018), we were still building our website, so it wasn’t ready to start accepting orders. He said he was headed to Vegas and wanted a Boosa now. So he Paypaled us $29, and we got together and made the delivery.
Honestly, it was a huge thrill to meet up with Charlie and make our first-ever sale, but it was awesome to spend time with him and talk business building and entrepreneurship.
